Production

The facility spread over an area of 16187 sq.m with 3966.46 sq.m built-up area.  At each stage of manufacturing, utmost care is taken to ensure perfect quality. The production unit is equipped with S.S. 316 Reactors ranging from 500 to 6000 Ltrs. capacity, Glass line Vessels ranging from 500 to 3000 ltrs capacity, S.S. 316 Centrifuges, S.S. 316 Sparkler filters, S.S. 316 Roto Cone Vacuum Dryers and S.S. 316 Distillation Columns. The Production Department functions with the team of qualified Chemical Engineers.

Powder Processing Area

We have experience of handling highly hygroscopic Ranitidien which has to be handled with utmost care. Crystallization of API and dry powder processing area is under controlled environment class 10000 (ISO class 7 – Grade C). Our crystallization area equipped with GMP model glass line reactor & GMP model 4P centrifuges. Our dry powder processing department equipped with Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer (RCVD), Roll Compactor, Granulator, Shifter and Octagonal Blender.

HVAC System is installed to maintained class 10000 (0.3 Microm terminal HEPA)”

Packing and Storage

Our products are sold to the local market as well as to more than 55 countries worldwide, to countries as far as LATAM, where transit time is around 50 days by SEA.

Thus packing for export is crucial and we take utmost care.  Each product is packed as per its nature and requirement during transport.  APIs are packed in HM HDPE DRUMS with inner PE bags. We have different pack sizes available as per your requirement, ranging from 1 kg to 50 kg.

We also provide UN Approved packing for HAZ products.

Material is stored in temperature and humidity controlled warehouse as per product and GMP requirements.
